Dr. Robert ‘Battle Ax’ Ornelas is a Conference Keynote Speaker, National Youth Advocate, California Political Party Liaison, and a former 2016 US Presidential Candidate. He is passionate about his Native American and Indigenous roots throughout North America and the South Pacific. He is currently working with the Ron Serna Anti-Bully Program throughout the State of Colorado and New Mexico.

The S.O.G Crew (Thump Records/ Universal Music Group) is a Hip-Hop group based out of Anaheim, CA. Their style and message break modes creating a new genre of Hip-Hop being dubbed ‘cause music.’ More than music; it’s a message of hope, encouragement, and influence. They have become a major impact to youth across the globe touring the U.S., Mexico, Alaska and most Hawaiian Islands. This group has been invited to colleges, universities, high schools, prisons, rehabs, homeless shelters, project housing, military bases, churches, car shows, festivals, the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC, and just about every Native American Indian Community in the U.S. Their music is not the only highly desirable and sought after trait, but also, their exceptionally influential speaking and mentoring abilities to both children, families, Hollywood entertainers, musicians and actors.

Dr. Robert Ornelas of the American Independent Party was selected by the delegates in 2012 for his support of Israel and current activism throughout the country.

First time in the history of the United States that a hip-hop artist and Latino with Mexican descent ran for the office of the United States Vice President. Second time in history that a person of Native American ancestry had vied for a Vice Presidential office. He was the second after Herbert Hoover’s Vice President, Charles Curtis, to have a Native American ancestry.

Dr. Robert Ornelas is the great-great-great-grandson of Chief Cristobal Osuna from a tribe in the San Diego Mountains circa the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo (1848).
